I’m always somewhat intrigued when I hear Sen Obama speak. He’s quite a charming speaker and it’s generally entertaining to hear him speak. However, I’m frequently left wondering just exactly what it is he meant…

I’m a runner, I’ve always thought of myself as a runner. However a series of foot, ankle and knee problems have revealed that while my mind thinks I’m a runner, my body simply thinks I’m getting older and doesn’t really care what I think.
